FOUNDATION THEORY

The first semester will take you through the basics of 3D production, starting with basic modelling, shading, texturing, and lighting, followed by basic animation, simulation, and rendering.

Focus is on understanding the fundamental pipeline and workflow of 3D content creation as well as a general understanding of color, shape, and composition as well as creative work methods and knowledge of 3D production.

Throughout the semester you will work on individual assignments producing a large body of different 3D assets. The curriculum is theoretical, practical and includes a short Self-study period.

  • Elevate your artistic skills through a better understanding of colour, shape, light & composition.
